Author Sarah de Leeuw sat down to talk with CBC's The Next Chapter about her book of poetry, Lot, in which she returns to the landscape of her early girlhood to consider the racial complexities of colonial violence in those spaces. She speaks with host Shelagh Rogers about the colonization of language in the islands of Haida Gwaii.
